My Personal Journey

Hi, I'm Roger Davies.  At 33, despite being the youngest Chief Engineer in a major defence company, I felt undervalued and frustrated. I wanted to drive real strategic change and deciided to do whatever it took to become a C-Suite player. But the  conventional MBA route was impossible with a demanding job, young family, not to mention limited time and money. 

My research uncovered a radically different route: earning my MBA through my job by delivering a high-value strategic initiative using skills I already had. I pitched it, delivered a breakthrough company-wide transformation in one year, and earned my MBA with Distinction - fully funded.
